This comprehensive 3 day hands-on training teaches skill and knowledge of procedures and protocols for skin preparation prior to chemical peeling and microdermabrasion.
Participants will learn how to examine and treat different skin types and color using microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
Skin classification including Fitzpatrick, Glogau’s classification for photo damage skin All main chemical peel commonly use in clinical and aesthetic medical procedures such as, Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acids will be covered in the course.

Chemical peel
As its name suggests, this type of peel uses a chemical solution that eliminates the most damaged superficial layers, with the aim of obtaining softer and restored skin. The substances used are usually trichloroacetic acid as well as alpha hydroxy acids which help exfoliate the outer layer of the skin and remove marks, sun spots, wrinkles, acne and other blemishes. After such an intervention, the patient presents new skin, regenerated and healthier than the previous one.
This is a safe process that can be performed in beauty centers but still requires a few days of recovery in order to appreciate the final results.
This type of method is usually applied to the face but can also be used on other parts of the body such as the arms, hands.
Microdermabrasion
This system is based on the use of natural diamond tips to remove damaged skin layers, on the most superficial part of the epidermis. It is an innovative method that helps generate new skin and eliminate wrinkles, marks and other blemishes. The creation of new skin stimulates the production of collagen and restores elasticity.
This type of intervention is not invasive and therefore allows the patient to recover easily and obtain an immediate result. Microdermabrasion is also called a mechanical peel, because it is a handpiece that will do the work on the skin and not a chemical, as is the case with a traditional peel.
