In this course, it will be important to clearly understand the principle of using suction cups and the contraindications.
Cupping increases local blood circulation, releases stagnation, decongests, breaks tissue adhesions help to reduce the fat bulge and accelerates the elimination of metabolic waste. All this regulates and strengthens the functioning of the organism.
A BIT MORE ABOUT CUPPING
Cupping has a calming effect on muscle spasm and used in acute conditions will allow the therapist to then work on tissues or joints, all in the same treatment!
They can be used in static pose or massage while moving.
We will make a direct link with the areas of Head, i.e. the reflex pathways between the skin and the viscera.
This workshop uses suction cups in a biomechanical and tissue approach and not on acupuncture points or meridian lines.

Overview – anatomy & physiology of the skin and the different fat layers, the adipocyte fat cells, classification from the most superficial to the deeper layers,
cellulite anatomy, benefits of the treatment.
Describing the physical sensation of the treatment to the client. Circumstances in which a doctor’s referral or ap-proval is required.
All relevant tools and equipment, products and their use, how to prepare client for treatment.
Preparation of the trolley, preparation of the client, intended use and indications for Fat loss.
Treatment procedures, pre/post treatment requirements, correct client measuring. Operating the cup, Practice session of various body areas.
Afternoon
Treatment room set-up, client consultations, preparing clients for treatment, evaluation of each treatment.
Practice sessions for students to perform on various areas of the body. Client aftercare and homecare advice. Additional treatments that assist Cupping therapy.
